How to Make This Little Gem!:

♡1 Pineapple

♡ 1 container of raspberries

♡ 3 apples

♡ 1 inch of peeled ginger

Pineapples are good for your digestion!  “Bromelain found in pineapples work to neutralize fluids to ensure that they are not too acidic. It also helps regulate the secretions in the pancreas to aid in digestion. Apart from that, since bromelain has protein-digesting properties, it can keep the digestive track healthy.”

Apples detoxify your liver, can clear your skin by cleaning up your gastral tract and boosts your immune system! Eating an apple after a heavy meal is always great for moving gunk out of your body. It is a great source of fiber and nutrients for your body to work efficiently and be healthy.

Raspberries have anti inflammatory nutrients that are awesome for helping your body’s stress levels. They contain  anti-oxidant vitamins like vitamin A, and vitamin E.
“Raspberries contain a good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, copper, iron and magnesium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure. Manganese is used by the body as a co-factor for the antioxidant enzyme, superoxide dismutase. Copper is required in the production of red blood cells.”

Ginger improves the absorption and assimilation of essential nutrients in the body.
It clears microcirculatory channels of the body, cutting back inflammation in the body. It is a great aid in digestion, it is anti flatulent and can help with menstrual pain.

This looks awesome!* I live in S. America and raspberries are incredibly pricey. What can I use as a replacement?

    Thank you!

    • admin says:

You can use any type of tart berry to replace raspberries in this juice that is affordable and available to you. For example, strawberries or like the other comment said, frozen raspberries. You can even use blackberries or blueberries!

  2. Nana says:

Hey C.! You can try frozen raspberries, they are cheaper. But this way just blend juice of pineaples and etc. with your frozen berries(in other words- don’t defrost them). The cosistence wil be more like smoothie, but tasty anyway.
But seriously, i’m sure in South America there are a lot of high-nutrient fruits, they are fresh and cheap, so try this juice with any flavor you like! I live in Russia, there are a lot of forest berries, they are cheap, but fruits like pineapples or coconut are very-very expensive. So i’m using frozen (●´ω`●) cheeers ~~~
